As We Speak is a private speech and language therapy company based in O’Fallon Missouri. We currently offer speech and language therapy for children in school settings, daycares, and in the comfort of their own homes. Pediatric services are available to families in St. Charles County, Lincoln County, and Warren County. Our practice values relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming services and has a passion for providing support in AAC.
